Yet another successful ‘Welcome to our Mosque’ Program was organised by the Centre for Islamic Studies Harmony Center in association with the Trustees of Masjid Firdaus, Rose Villa Gardens, Enderamulla, Wattala.
150 persons from the Mahara Divisional Secretariat Office participated in the Mosque Tour which included a Guided Tour of the Mosque, Poster Walkthrough, Book Corner, Henna Corner and Serving of Traditional Muslim Foods.
Asiff Hussein, Vice President, Outreach, CIS, thanked the Trustees of Masjid Firdaus for hosting the event, the local organisers headed by Sheikh Nuhman for a good job done and Ms. Anjani Dinushika Seneviratne, the Co-Ordinator for National Integration of the Mahara DS Office for initiating the program.
